In 2015 the implementation of the new process that defines the activities aimed at improving the sustainability of the supply chain continued with a more comprehensive system of elements used to assess the sustainability of suppliers during the qualification stages, incoming quality and vendor rating.
- Sustainability checks
[G4-Dma Supplier Human Rights Assessment], [G4-Dma Employment] Activities intended to verify the sustainability performance of common suppliers and sub-suppliers continued in 2015 in the framework of the Joint Audit Cooperation (JAC)1 initiative, in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed at the end of 2009 by Telecom Italia, Orange and Deutsche Telekom.
- COLLABORATION WITH UNIVERSITIES, TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Telecom Italia has further strengthened its relationship with leading universities and national and international research centres, focusing on enhancing talent to transfer innovation to the Company. The goal is to strengthen and accelerate Telecom Italia’s ability to innovate while at the same time contributing to the development of young people by offering them the opportunity to gain new skills and experiences.
